朱江华律师，毕业于北京大学法学院。1994年考取律师资格，1995年从事律师工作，现任广东金卓越律师事务所合伙人，深圳所主任，深圳市律师协会房地产业务委员会委员，区政协委员。擅长担任公司法律顾问、刑事辩护，处理知识产权、房地产等诉讼业务。
长期应邀担任多家报刊、杂志的法律专栏撰稿人，并在《法制日报》、《民主与法制画报》、《中国律师报》、《工人日报》、《广东法制报》、《蓝盾》、《半月谈》等多家报刊杂志发表法学理论及法制评论文章100多篇，并受邀主持《深圳法制报》的“律师信箱”专栏。
所承办的刑事案件有多个案件的当事人被无罪释放，有的死刑改判为死缓。承办了深圳首例交通事故负主要责任被认定为工伤行政诉讼案、深圳首例购房欺诈得到双倍赔偿案、深圳首例户籍居民认定存在无固定期限劳动合同关系索赔案、深圳首例QQ网上购物索赔案，所承办的经济案件为当事人挽回经济损失近亿元。
所承办的案件曾被《人民日报》、《南方都市报》、《中国律师报》、《新闻人物报》、《蓝盾》、《深圳法制报》、《湖南卫视》等多家媒体广泛报道。担任国投高科技有限公司、深圳康泰生物制品股份有限公司、深圳湾大酒店、招商银行、深圳市赛格工程实业股份有限公司、深圳市富春东方房地产开发有限公司、天王电子（深圳）有限公司、深圳市红十字会、深圳明兴电子有限公司、深圳市凯莱服装有限公司、深圳顺驰不动产网络有限公司、深圳市大唐纺织有限公司、深圳市万网网络技术开发有限公司、欣荧陶艺（深圳）有限公司、东莞华懋五金制品有限公司、麦科特集装箱（惠州）有限公司、惠州市公路局等多家企事业单位的法律顾问或为其提供法律服务，并被聘担任惠州大学莱佛士学院的法学讲师。
Zhu Jianghua, graduating from Peking University, gained a lawyer qualification in 1994 and has been a practicing lawyer since 1995.
